Hanine Abou el Naja is a young Jordanian 2woman who participated in a plumbing training. Abu al-Naja explains that she finished her university studies and began to search for a job to help her father support her family of 10, she had lost hope until she heard from her friends about a project that supports women and helps them acquire vocational training through which she can obtain a certificate in home maintenance, and she could earn a living from it. She added that she went to register for the "Madad" project, which she learned about through a charitable association, and is managed by the Business Development Center, and she was chosen within the first phase of the project.
