In a classroom at the Bourj el-Brajnieh refugee camp in the southern suburbs of Beirut, an educator introduces a dozen Syrian children to yoga. Hand in hand, boys and girls aged 7 to 8 kneel before getting up, palms together, exhaling a groan from their young chests.
