A journey into the lives of Palestinian refugees from Syria in Lebanon

Palestinian refugees from Syria (PRS) are among those particularly affected by the conflict. Over 120,000 PRS have fled the country, including around 31,533 to Lebanon, as of June 2018. Twice displaced, PRS are particularly vulnerable and highly reliant on UNRWA’s assistance. More than 90% of PRS are living under the poverty line and almost 95% of PRS households are food insecure
