Cooperation agreement between BAU and the HOPES project funded by the EU Madad

A Cooperation Agreement was signed between Beirut Arab University and the HOPES project implemented by the British Council which included about 300 HEEAP (Higher Education English Access Programme) scholarships funded by the European Union’s Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian Crisis, the ‘Madad Fund’for university students, covering the fees of English language courses at BAU.
